- Phone the repeat prescription line on 01946 63982 – For a repeat prescription please leave a voicemail message with your prescription details.
- Your message will be dealt with the next working day.
- If you have a query or have been asked to call back about a prescription then you can speak directly to a member of staff between the hours of 1pm until 3pm Monday to Friday.
- Complete a “tear off” slip
- A tear-off slip is attached to your prescription. Once completed please place in the prescription post box located by the front door of the surgery.
The prescription line team can only accept repeat prescription requests for items which have been previously agreed by the doctor. Any medication not currently on repeat will need to be authorised by the doctor and therefore we recommend that you make an appointment with the doctor to discuss further.
Please provide 72 hours (three working days) before you need to collect your prescription.
Pharmacies
Pharmacists can offer advice on a range of illnesses, such as coughs, colds, sore throats, ear infections and aches and pains.
They can also give advice about medicines. This includes how to use your medicine, worries about side effects or any other questions you have.
If they cannot help you themselves, they can refer you to a GP or other health professional.
